中原大學商學院 CYCU College Of Business (COB)
中原大學為因應國家經濟建設與發展之需要,在民國56年即成立工業管理學系,隨後於63年更名為企業管理學系。民國65年,隨著台灣經濟的起飛及對國貿人才的大量需求,遂成立國際貿易學系,再於69年成立會計學系,並於當年因條件成熟正式成立商學院,而「中原理工學院」亦因商學院的成立,獲教育部核准改制為「中原大學」。民國76年,商學院因應資訊時代的來臨成立資訊管理學系,到了94年再為培育金融專業人才成立財務金融學系。
In response to the government’s need for economic development. In 1967, the Department of Industrial Management was founded, and changed its name to the Department of Business Administration in 1974. The Department of International Business was set up in 1976. In 1980, the Department of Accounting was launched which lead to the establishment of the College of Business. Because of the establishment of College of Business, Chung Yuan Christian College of Science and Engineering had been approved by the Ministry of Education to become Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU). In 1987, CYCU founded the Department of Information Management in response to the advent of information era, and formed the Department of Finance in 2005 to cultivate financial professionals.
近年來,商學院大力推動國際化,逐步將大學商管教育與國際接軌,成立三個國際學程:國際商學學士學程(IUBM)、國際商學碩士學位學程 (IMBA)與中原大學與美國天普大學商學管理雙學士學位學程(TDPBA);除此之外,商學院也積極推動與國外大學及大陸高校之學生交換學習,每年暑假舉辦全英語的商業營,提供本國學生與外籍學生互動學習的機會。至於在與國際商管教育接軌方面,商學院從師資、課程、教學及研究等多個面向進行體制調整,於2015年通過AACSB國際商管教育認證,成為全球前5%之商學院,成為台灣商管學院的標竿。
During recent years, the College of Business integrated business management education with international standards and established three international degree programs to promote internationalization: International Undergraduate in Business and Management, International Master of Business Administration, and CYCU and Temple University Undergraduate Dual Program in Business Administration. In addition, College of Business also actively promotes the opportunities of exchange study with students from Mainland China and other foreign countries. The COB holds English Business Camp every summer to provide chances of interaction between domestic and foreign students. As for the integration with international business management education, the COB has adjusted its system in aspects of teachers, courses, teaching methods and researches. It has been accredited by AACSB International and become top 5% leading business schools in the world.

美國AACSB International為當今世界上最具權威及知名度的商管學院及MBA認證機構之一。官方使命是推動與提升商管教育,範圍包含教師、職員的訓練,以及從事商管教育相關的研究、調查,亦會與其他教育聯盟做學術與教育之交流保持密切關係,並提供各種與高等商管教育相關之議題與報告,以提升各地高等商管教育學院之水準。
AACSB International is one of the most powerful and famous accreditation institutions to evaluate business schools and certify MBA programs. The mission of AACSB International is to promote and enhance business management education, including the trainings of faculty and staff as well as business-related researches and investigations. It also maintains close relation with other education alliances for communication in academia and education, and provides issues and reports of all kinds of higher business education to raise the standard of colleges of higher business education.
中原大學有感於此,全力支持本校商學院提出加入AACSB認證之計畫構想書,並於商學院設立AACSB辦公室,於2015年通過認證,成為國內第12所獲得國際認證的商管學院。
Due to this, CYCU fully supported the COB to initiate the plan of becoming AACSB-accredited and established Quality Development & Accreditation Office (QDAO). The COB was accredited by AACSB International in 2015, College of Business has become the twelfth accredited business college in Taiwan.

一、 中心成立背景與說明The establishment background and description of the center
學校深化師生認同大學社會實踐價值的具體進度及成效,包括
(1)激勵制度:如教師評鑑、升遷、彈性薪資、減授授課時數、表揚等;
(2)促成校園對話與跨領域師生參與社會責任實踐的機制;
(3)提供計畫相關專案教師或工作人員的待遇及職涯發展支持措施等
The school deepens teachers and students in recognizing the value of university social practice, including
(1) incentive systems: such as teacher evaluation, promotion, flexible salary, reduction of teaching hours, praise, etc.;
(2) facilitating campus dialogue and cross-disciplinary The mechanism for teachers and students to participate in social responsibility practice;
(3) to provide treatment for teachers and staff of project-related support and measures for career development

本計劃案為教育部USR(University Social Responsibility,大學社會責任),係認為大學的功能不僅為研究學術與培育人才,更以提升文化、服務社會、促進國家發展為宗旨。為強化大專校院與區域城鄉發展(社區、產業、文化、智慧城市)之在地連結合作,實踐其社會責任,本計畫以「人才培育」為核心任務,並透過人文關懷及協助解決區域問題之概念,鼓勵教師帶領學生以跨系科、跨團隊或跨校串聯之結合,或以結合地方政府及產業資源,共同促進在地產業聚落、社區文化創新發展,並增進學生對在地認同,進而激發在地就業或創業。
The USR (University Social Responsibility) is a plan from Ministry of Education. It is believed that the function of the university is not only to study academics and cultivate talents, but also to promote culture, serve the society, and promote national development. In order to strengthen the local cooperation between the colleges and the regional urban and rural development (community, industry, culture, smart city) and practice their social responsibilities, the project focuses on "talent cultivation" and solves the problem through human care and assistance. The concept of the problem encourages teachers to lead students in a cross-disciplinary, cross-team or cross-school combination, or to combine local government and industrial resources to jointly promote the settlement of the real estate industry, the development of community culture, and enhance students' recognition of the local to stimulate local employment or entrepreneurship.
二、 中心成立目的與任務 The purpose and task of the establishment of the center
結合教育理念善盡大學責任:以全人教育為核心,將大學「知識責任」作為上位理念、以「社會設計」為行動思維,每學年度平均50門專業課程、160組方案、800人次參與服務學習相關課程活動,具體落實「以智慧慎用科技與人文的專業知識,造福人群」之教育理念。
Combining educational concepts and fulfilling university responsibilities: taking holistic education as the core, making the university's "knowledge responsibility" as the upper concept and "social design" as the action thinking. With an average of 50 professional courses, 160 groups, and 800 participants per academic year taking part in serve-learning-related curriculum activities, we implement the educational philosophy of "wisely using the technology and the expertise of the humanities and to benefit the people".

落實全人教育重視服務學習:透過系所專業服務學習及跨領域課群,具體實踐社會設計方案,培養學生具備人文關懷及專業素養,今年參與社會設計方案達1502人次。
Implementing holistic education and paying attention to service learning: Through the professional service learning courses and cross-disciplinary course groups, the COB puts social design programs into practice and trains students with humanistic care and professionalism. This year, 1502 people from the COB participated in social design programs.

推動社會設計實踐知識責任,實現「創中學」的新思維:推廣全校性社會設計方案,並透過「社企學堂」輔導培育跨領域社企團隊,本年度包括「大梨救小校農創社企新生命」雙連梨社會企業及開發「製水裝置AQR」解決水資源問題的垠猿公司。
Promoting knowledge responsibility of social design to practice the new thinking of “innovating in learning”: Through “Social Entrepreneur School”, the COB promotes the school-wide social design programs, and coaches and cultivates cross-field social entrepreneur teams, including “Huge Pears Rescuing Small Schools Agriculture Innovate New Life of Social Business” Suan_Lian Pear Corporation Ltd. and Space Apes which develops “Water-Making Device AQR” to solve problems of water resource.
